Butlerfly allows you to register IDs, check pro-forma invoices, consent to privacy terms, sign disclaimers and other documents, etc. so that all check-in and check-out operations can be carried out digitally.
Butlerfly is a unique piece of Made in Italy design made in elegant black leather and can be customized with your logo. Butlerfly comes equipped with a Wi-Fi scanner and a Surface Pc Tablet.
In compliance with Covid-19 guidelines and social distancing measures, Butlerfly is composed of two separate parts: one is used by the hotel operator to manage check-in/check-out operations and the other by the guest to scan their ID -without anybody touching it- and sign all the required documents.
Thanks to Butlerfly, guests can check and approve their pro-forma invoice anywhere in the hotel, so that they do not have to sit and wait for a long time at the front desk. Once the invoice is approved, guests can even sign the credit card receipt via Butlerfly, if needed.
All the above-described operations fully comply with the Covid guidelines. Our products are in line with the government’s social distancing guidelines, they do not cause or encourage gatherings at the Reception and minimize waiting times in common areas.
